The equipment selection offer includes:

• Material and equipment specification based on calculations from programs;
• Ordering from manufacturers in Europe and the USA and delivering materials and equipment to the construction site.

The implementation offer includes:

• Installation and heat or cold source assembly on-site with specified materials based on the execution project and contract;
• Maintenance of boiler rooms, heating plants, ventilation and air conditioning units by the company's own service or handover for initial operation to the company's service;
• Handing over technical-operational documentation of boiler rooms or ventilation and air conditioning units and equipment to the investor;
• Providing a warranty with the manufacturer for the installed system solutions as detailed in the contract.
